Advanced Leadership, as we describe it, is the ability to empower others, have & grow influence, lead innovation, and create desired outcomes/change through a real understanding of self and others, and the creative energy inherent in authentic integration & collaboration.
Our Model is built on 3 Pillars:

1) Relationship to self & others is at the core of Advanced Leadership.

2) How you do one relationship is how you do all relationships. While different relationships have different qualities, contexts, & boundaries, how you show up in each relationship gives you clues to your relational blueprint…and your relational blueprint is the mirror of how you do all relationships.  

3) The FASTEST way to Advance your Leadership Skills & Outcomes, is through Relationship work.
Our Model of Relational Leadership Development was influenced by the Relationship Mastery Model our Co-Founder, Jenny (a 12-Year Marriage Therapist), developed as she sat in over 11,000 Private Sessions with clients who were wanting to up-level their personal relationships, & even save their marriages.

I began to see that while personal & professional relationships are contextually unique, and have different boundaries, the relational issues of either type, stemmed from the same core human needs and could be addressed using the exact same process I had developed for Intimate Relationships.

To have influence, leaders need to be able to securely navigate their relationship to themselves & those they lead.   

I began to see that the relational issues between spouses played out much like the relational issues between business partners.  The relational issues between colleagues played out much like the relational issues between siblings & peers.  And the relational issues between business owner & employee played out much like the relational issues between parent and child.

This is why during a moment of my husband and I modeling a power conversation in our Relationship Retreat, one man said, 'I would have paid $10,000 just to see that conversation. My business partners & I need this. Can I bring them to this retreat?  At this point we decided to adapt this model to Professional Leadership."

The model of Advanced Leadership that we teach includes The Leadership Blueprint (the Map), The P.O.E.T Process (the Process), The 4 Access Points (The points of change opportunity), The Dynamic of Struggle & Harmony (relational imbalance vs. relational integration), The 5 Stages Of Creation (the context for application), The Skills (the tools & techniques), and Accountability (coaching and/or practice partners).  

We want to understand your unique Leadership Challenges & Strengths.  While we have a very specific model we use for coaching clients, this model is always customized to fit your unique situation.  


A map from which you can identify two Leadership positions...Traditional Leadership & Empowered Leadership.  

Traditional Leadership includes demands, obligations, passivity, pretending, avoidance, aggression, compromise, competition, scorekeeping, ignoring, authority, & seeing your partners, teams, or employees as people that can hold you back, and therefore need to be "fixed," "changed," or "controlled."  

Empowered Leadership includes passion, compassion, radical honesty & extreme ownership, real alignment, requests, knowing & honoring needs, respect, expansion & deepening, seeing your partners, teams & employees as allies, & cooperative/collaborative conversation. 


The Four Essential Steps for moving from Traditional Leadership to Empowered Leadership.  


No matter how Advanced you are as a leader, and no matter how much you grow, you will have your limits.  The Four Access Points are the four doorways through which you can apply the P.O.E.T Process to continually grow your capacity when you bump up against your current relational and leadership limits.  


How harmonizing the opposites will be the difference between leadership struggle and leadership ease.  


The POET Process (described above) is applied to leadership in two ways.  It is applied during moments of being "in" an experience.  When something "good" or "bad" is happening to you...and there is a "positive" or "negative" charge.  It is also applied during moments of creation.  When you are consciously creating a specific outcome.  

There are 5 Stages of Creation.  These 5 stages are the times in which the P.O.E.T process can be applied to support the creating of a specific outcome...relational or otherwise.
